Once you log in to the Google Analytics website, you can review a variety of reports on your site traffic. Based on what you learn, you can make better decisions on where to tweak your content to encourage buying, add a contact form to a page where people normally exit your site, beef up your content with keywords people are already using to find you, or even add a special offer to your most visited landing page.

Do a little fine-tuning with our affordable maintenance plans
Once your website is live, we’re here to help you keep it current and running smoothly. Nobody likes to be nickeled and dimed so we offer three maintenance tiers.
Monthly maintenance service is billed at a flat rate. The rate is determined by the number of hours it will take to meet your specific needs.
Pre-paid maintenance is perfect if you don’t require regular monthly maintenance. It works like a calling card. You prepay for a certain amount of hours and use them as updates or maintenance is needed. Prepaid plans are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Code repair is a backup plan for our “maintain it yourself” customers. Should the original coding be comprised, or even just disappear somehow, give us a call. You’ll only be billed for the time it takes to get your site up and running again. Code repair service is available only on sites originally developed by Red Letter Design.
Add new features or technology
You never know when a marketing channel or technology will explode onto the Internet scene. Sometimes new pages or sections might be in order to include new services or products. Updates like these require more time to build than simpler image or content changes. Since we never know what’s on the technology horizon, contact us with your request and we’ll give a flat rate fee so you know exactly what to expect.
