Tracking Visitors

Want to know how many people have been visiting your site? Which pages are the most popular? We usually install the free Google Analytics software into your site. You can then visit the Google Analytics website and review an extensive variety of reports on your site traffic.

Maintenance

Once your website is live on the web, we need to keep it up to date and running smoothly. Red Letter Design offers a variety of maintenance options.

Monthly maintenance. Red Letter Design offers maintenance plans for websites developed by Red Letter Design. A monthly maintenance plan provides regular maintenance to your site at a flat monthly rate. We will customize a plan for you based on your needs.

Pre-Paid Maintenance. For sites that don't require regular monthly maintenance, we offer a pre-paid system that works like a pre-paid calling card. You purchase a block of maintenance time, and we work against that time as maintenance tasks arise. The time is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Code Repair. If you choose to maintain your website yourself and accidentally mess things up, we offer code repair services. This service is available only for sites originally developed by Red Letter Design.

Enhancements

Need a new feature on your site? Perhaps add a few pages for a new product or service? Sometimes updates to your site are more complicated than a simple maintenance task, and will be priced at a flat rate as an enhancement rather than billed hourly as maintenance.
