PayPal IPN (Instant Payment Notifcation) is used for purchasing and recording swap credits, the required fee for hosting a trade.

When a Down Syndrome parent support group wanted to expand their mission to include all facets of the Down Syndrome community, they needed a website to support that goal. The site provides information on current events and programming, a photo gallery, online registration and dues/donation payments, and a password-protected membership database. The membership database includes a keyword search capability to find members with similiar experiences and concerns.

The site was recently modified to use WordPress to allow GOCA officers the ability to update the site themselves, including the development of a custom plugin to management the minutes and agendas.
